This policy explains what TikGrab collects when you use tikgrab.download, why we collect it, and how advertising on the site works. TikGrab does not ask you to create an account.
Information you give us
You can use the downloader without an account. If you use the contact form, you choose what to send. That can include your name, email address, a topic, and your message. The form opens your email app and sends the message to us.
Please do not send passwords, TikTok login details, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Links you submit
When you paste a TikTok link, we send that link to our service so we can look up the public post. You should only submit links you are allowed to use.
TikGrab does not ask you to sign in to TikTok, and it cannot open private posts. Saving is not available until the downloader service is online.
Technical information
The servers that host TikGrab receive ordinary technical information when you visit. We use it to run the site, limit abuse, and fix problems. We do not build a profile of you from it.

Cookies and advertising
TikGrab does not set its own cookies to remember you. The language of a page comes from the web address.
We show ads with Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads, measure them, and remember whether you have seen an ad. You can control or delete cookies in your browser. How Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
This site does not use Google Analytics. If that changes, this page will be updated.
Other services
Cloudflare hosts TikGrab and processes technical data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
When a public TikTok link is submitted, our server may request that public page so it can find the file. TikTok and ByteDance are separate services. Their privacy rules apply to them.
The contact form uses your own email app. Your email provider handles that message under its own rules.
How we use information
We use information to do the following. We do not sell personal information.
- Look up the public post you asked for
- Reply if you contact us
- Limit abuse and keep the site available
- Show and measure ads
- Fix errors and keep the site working
How long we keep it
There is no TikGrab account to store your details in.
A successful result may be cached for a short time so the same public link can be answered again. That cache is stored by the link, not by your name.
Emails you send us are kept only as long as we need them to reply and deal with the request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to some uses. To ask, use the contact page and choose Privacy. We may need to confirm that the request is yours.
Children
TikGrab is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
